Before joining Libra Title, Marianna built a diverse professional background through roles in the financial sector at BNY Mellon and Invesco, in the tech start-up space, and at a law firm, where she gained extensive practical and operational experience.

In addition to her corporate and legal work, Marianna has served as an adjunct professor at the New York Career Institute, teaching Real Estate Law courses and mentoring students pursuing careers in the field. She holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.

Marianna is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a contributor to several online publications, where she shares insights on real estate law, compliance, and market trends.

Ana has been a valued member of the Libra Title team since 2021. With a strong academic background in law and over twenty years of exemplary experience in various managerial roles, she has earned multiple awards for her outstanding contributions. Ana’s comprehensive knowledge, coupled with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures a seamless and enjoyable process for our clients. In her role, Ana processes the orders, production, and escrow departments, and serves as one of our in-house recorders. Her positive attitude and extensive expertise in the title industry enrich our team dynamic. Outside of work, Ana remains dedicated to social welfare programs, particularly focusing on the development and implementation of initiatives for children with severe disabilities and their families. Her leadership in these endeavors underscores her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.

Anna Nubaryan is the Underwriting Counsel at Libra Title, where she provides expert legal review and guidance on title underwriting matters and supports the company’s efforts to manage risk across residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is a licensed attorney based in New York with a strong background in real estate law and title insurance.

Anna earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and has over a decade of experience in the title industry. In her role at Libra Title, she also oversees the reading and clearance department, ensuring that title issues are identified, analyzed, and resolved efficiently to facilitate smooth and compliant closings.

She brings to her position a deep commitment to legal excellence, accuracy, and client service, and is actively involved in industry discussions that shape best practices in title underwriting and real estate law.

With over 7+ years of experience in real estate, Andrew has closed well over one hundred million dollars worth of transactions, both commercial and residential. He has cultivated enduring relationships with his clients, built on a foundation of trust and reliability over many years. Andrew treats every closing as if it were his own personal transaction, with care and attention to detail. Andrew’s passion for title and real estate has fueled his desire to cement his reputation in the field. Andrew began his career unknowingly 15 years ago as an intern for a local residential real estate firm that handled everything from bank work to transactional and received his first title experience there. In 2015, he started his own signing company handling bank and escrow closings for clients across the country. The relationships that he developed in real estate have led to his position at Libra Title.

Born and raised in Brazil, Marcela Medici began her career as a biologist after receiving a bachelor’s degree from the esteemed University of Campinas. With a passion for understanding the intricacies of the immune system, she earned a master’s degree in Micro-Immunology, which led her to manage a company specializing in high-risk medical procedures for three years.

After transitioning to New York, Marcela pursued a Business Major at ASA College, leveraging her prior experience to excel in her studies. Marcela’s extensive knowledge of real estate brokers, architects, and developers, combined with her ability to identify and nurture valuable connections, makes her an indispensable asset to her team.

She is also the president of a BNI chapter in Manhattan, leading a group of over 20 professionals, and can often be seen at networking events, where she excels in formal and casual settings alike. As a brand ambassador, Marcela is easily recognizable for her talent in networking and relationship-building, offering a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to her work.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Marcela founded Next Level Certificates, an education platform that provides continuing education for NY realtors. John has been a dedicated professional in the title insurance industry since 2007, gaining comprehensive experience across various departments from intake to post-closing. Currently, he leads the Recording Department at Libra Title, where he ensures meticulous handling and recording of documents essential to our clients’ transactions.

John’s commitment to growth extends beyond his professional role. In his spare time, he is actively pursuing further education, focusing on his studies in preparation for law school.
